Silencer 750 Quad Blue (Recertified)
"PC Power & Cooling has been named the power source for the 9th consecutive year for Maximum PC's annual DREAM MACHINE build. The Silencer 750 Quad has been used two year's running! ...this SLI/CrossFire-ready PSU delivers more than enough juice. Even better, the unit uses a single-rail design to power all components," states the official Dream Machine article, published in the September 2007 issue of Maximum PC. "While other PSU-makers sport multiple rails, which don't make efficient use of resources, the Silencer 750 Quad puts the power where you need it."
  Maximum PC Dream Machine
"...the highest efficiency we have seen so far in seven years of working in this field. PCP&C didn't forget anything when it comes to cables and connectors. There are enough connectors on cables of varying lengths to provide the best connectivity possible. From the performance side the results were also excellent. ...one more indication of PCP&C commitment to quality."

"We were really impressed by this power supply. Efficiency was one of the highlights of this product during our tests. If you pull up to 80% of its labeled capacity you will have at least 85% efficiency, peaking almost 90% when you pull 40% of its capacity. Even when we overloaded it efficiency was still above 80%. It is a very quiet power supply if you run it below its maximum capacity.Featuring a 5-year warranty, four video card power cables and a sufficient number of peripheral power connectors, this product is perfect for high-end users looking for a power supply on the 750 W-850 W range. Turbo-Cool 1200
"The Turbo-Cool 1200W is simply a beast which is manufactured for the most demanding environments. The quality shows and is backed up with a 7 year warranty program and the 14 point test report is something unique. When it comes to built quality and performance the Turbo-Cool is the new benchmark for us. Some might argue about the price but considering the quality components used for this PSU we believe the price is more than fair. "

Silencer 750 Quad (Black)
"An Editor's Choice winner from our first PSU round-up with The Beast, PC Power & Cooling's Silencer 750W has been our favorite high-end power supply for the better part of 10 months now. The Silencer delivers near-perfect power, and plenty of it, with low noise levels and high efficiency, making it a good benchmark for the new PSUs we're looking at today. Under the hood, the Silencer is anything but a traditional design. Rather than splitting 12V power between multiple rails, PC Power & Cooling uses a single, massive 12V rail with an impressive 60A output capacity. AC ripple is incredibly consistent across the board. We've seen a few PSUs in this round-up hit higher efficiencies than the Silencer at lower load levels, but few can match its 82% efficiency when pushed to the brink. Singling out Editor's Choice winners is never easy, but PC Power & Cooling's Silencer successfully defends its belt as the best enthusiast PSU with just the right balance of performance, silence, and price "

Turbo-Cool 860
"Outstanding and robust – both in terms of design and from a technical point of view it is flawless. The Turbo-Cool 860 is extremely stable, after testing it for 120hours we could not find any fluctuation, it always stayed below the tolerance. We would like to point out that unlike other manufactures PCPC always states the average output of a PSU, this specific unit has a peak of over 900W for example. If you change your current PSU for the Turbo-Cool 860 you will see an immediate difference. If you change your current PSU for the Turbo-Cool 860 you will see an immediate difference. Completely stable, no fluctuations and plenty of connectors for your hardware. The performance is very impressive, all in all our Editor’s Choice Award is well deserved!"

Silencer 750 Quad (Black)
"It’s worth mentioning that it is able to give 825W peak power, what gives us an overview on components used and power reseve of the whole construction.Totally quiet in IDLE, so quiet under load that Accelero cooling on my graphic card jammed its noise. The price is amazing. It’s a heavy piece of a good PSU so I can award it without a doubt. "

"We have added our favorite power supply of 2007, since we saw a very nice price drop from $199 down to $140 during the last six months. This PC Power unit still has virtually everything a new model would bring and we can still recommend users to buy it. Its performance a year ago was very good, with very little in the way of voltage drops and efficiency reaching up to 87%. The noise levels are higher than some of the competition, but the maximum output of 750W keeps it lower than some of the other PC Power options, topping out at 30dB(A) under maximum load. The price is already a major selling point. That makes this a high-end PSU with a moderate output price, and we recommend this product to anyone with the need for a good quality power supply."

Turbo-Cool 860
"PC Power & Cooling delivers a product worth every penny. The internals seem like they come from another planet, since they don't look even close to what we see with other manufacturers. On top of that, PC Power uses a DC-to-DC conversion for the lower voltage rails. The performance was excellent, with only 2.8mV ripple on the 12V rail. The efficiency at medium load was over 88% with 230VAC, which is one of the best results we have seen so far. "

Silencer 750 Quad Black (Recertified)
"Overall we were very impressed with the PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Quad Power Supply. The power output and quality were excellent and easily handled both of our test systems. Build quality was excellent, and it's quite impressive to see some of the physical and technological features in what is essentially a consumer level power supply. The PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Quad Power Supply does bring the power, but does so the right way. Backed by a solid warranty, good performance and build quality, we have no problems telling our readers to strongly consider the PC Power & Cooling Silencer we reviewed today."
